Completely underwhelmed by my meal. Big, sloppy portion with little flavor and poorly cut pork, not trimmed of the connective tissue, and not cooked long enough to have it melt in the mouth. Worthy of a second visit to fully ascertain my speculations. Could just be an anomalous encounter.
