Horrible!!! Been waiting for OVER 3.5 hours for a tow — and my car broke down less than 3 miles from them!!! Have twice been misled about arrival time — the dispatcher was unabashed about being unresponsive. Caveat emptor. This place is woeful!Update: been 4 hours now.
