Dr Loveland is wonderful, but her staff is AWEFUL!!! I was there recently to pick up my prescription and there was a problem with my bank card. The receptionist said VERY loudly how it was declined and embarrassed me. She said it 3 times! I was appalled, if I didn’t need those lenses I would of left!
