Terrible customer service. Glass pipe literally shattered in front of my boyfriend, and me. My boyfriend took the piece to the shop, and was told that he «had to have dropped it, because it couldn’t possibly shatter.»The woman was completely unhelpful, and essentially called my boyfriend a liar.
