I went in to ask about ring sizing and the sales person gave me attitude; asked why it costs $ 180 to size a ring smaller, responded arrogantly. From the moment I walked in, it was beneath him to serve me. $ 70 less next door at Betteridge and very polite/respectful…I know this does not reflect the owner, Rob.
