Best toy store around, along with its 2 sibs in Hamden and guilford. The staff are engaged and helpful and know their stuff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for toys and games in the area. On site wrapping is an added bonus.

Terrible. Sales people are rude, lazy and unhelpful. Often more concerned with whatever table game their playing than to help their customers spend money with them.Too many stores in the area to bother going back here.
