This place is great with the best coaches! With their beginner’s course, it made it easy to get into CrossFit. There is a different workout of the day (WOD) everyday, which makes coming here fun and interesting. They even have a CrossFit program for kids.

Great staff. Been to all their clubs. Obviously ownership puts money back into their clubs. Equipment and facilities are first rate. Great deal for membership rates compared to other gyms in their areas

Just moved to CT and was looking forward to trying this place out, so I went to the Simsbury club’s website and found a free 1 week trial. i showed up and was told they do not honor the pass that is featured on their website but i could pay $ 30 for a trial instead.
