This is DC’s own Bhangra Party. It used to be at Bossa Lounge in Adams morgan and now is at Black Cat. There are dance circles and people smiling all night long!!! the Bhangra is awesome, but there are choice bollywood tracks, electro, and some hip-hop as well.
