Have an Issue with this place twice, they charged a fee but didn’t fix the problem, they misdiagnose the problem, had to take my bike somewhere else, they act as if they know everything but results are not good, just lip service, unfriendly staff.
I needed bike a new pair of grips and was hesitant of trying this place out because of the rumor on the street of horrible customer service. Horrible is a compliment. I stood six feet away from the owner and other employees doing absolutely nothing. 10 minutes later still no still acknowledgment. Stay away!
