I love this place. I started going here when they have a woman’s only group. It is the place that made me love crossfit. I only stopped going because I got a new job out of the area. I would recommend everyone to this place!
Not a great facility. We will drive a bit further and go to the one in Lakeland. It’s much cleaner and the equipment actually works, I.e., the treadmills. First and last time at this location.
