INCREDIBLY POOR customer service!!! The great big guy behind the counter is rude, and condescending to customers, and for the prices they charge, you’d think he could be a little more human! NEVER GOING BACK, there HAVE to be more glass supply places that actually WANT your business!!!

The owner is very RUDE. He ordered our Windows $ 5000. For impact Windows and we received them without locks. We called him the owner and he had decency to send my husband to somewhere FAR! AND HANGED UP ON HIM… Rude. Pleaseeeeeee stay away from D&D.
