Not sure what was going on. When they opened, none of the cupcakes were set out. Most were frozen in the ice cream case. I thought the cupcakes were fresh, not frozen. Chairs not set up and the place looked in total disarray. New ownership maybe? New manager? Whatever the reason was, I was very disappointed…
