This place is ghetto! I’m not sure what else to call it. If I were a Realtor, I would have to say that the area is very «undesirable». There was recently a shooting or a huge gang fight at the movie theatre. Hopefully, they will bulldoze it soon and turn it into a commercial area with new shops.
