Purchased a King Size mattress in December 2011. The mattress has since sagged where I and my wife sleep. We contacted the company… a Rep came out and they measured the depth of the sag and although it sagged by; 1 ¼″ it was not within the 1 ½″ requirement… mind you it was only ¼″ within their warranty…
