Sakura Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar

I would expect a place with a 4.5 star rating to be able to handle 10 people in the restaurant in a more timely fashion. We have waited 45 minutes and still don have any food… The waitress has forgotten our drinks twice and it’s not even busy… I am very disappointed in this special evenings dinner!
