Excellent customer service, fair prices. I was helped right when I arrived and it only took 30 minutes or so to patch my tire. They offered me water and coffee and the chairs are very comfortable. Next time I’m having tire trouble I’ll be back!

Great service — reasonable prices. Had to get some emergent work done — they fit me in and performed quality work. On the way over the tow truck driver said they had good mechanics (just a coincidental statement because he didn’t know that was going there). Definitely turned out to be true.

I had a good run with NTB for a while. They have great coupons for tires and oil change. I’m sure they did a good enough job but when I got a brake job I had some issues. Well this place was my go to place for many years. Now it’s my place to avoid. Went in for an oil change today and was told 30 min we will get you on your way.3 hours later i got to leave. Place was nasty. Workers could have cared less about customers needs.Never again will I go back ***avoid at all cost***
