Went here for breakfast and had the country ham egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was of ample size, about 4×4 and thank goodness not to bready. They used the right amount of shortening when making this biscuit. Some places serve ho-cake and call it biscuit. The egg was cooked perfectly and the ham was good.
