The place and the people are nice. They’re in a good spot for college and city folks. It felt like they were a little more on the expensive side but when my wife got the wrong lenses, they were nice enough to replace them without any hassle.Now, they look great!

Understaffed and so-so service at best. Waited more than an hour for a 5-minute repair. And, they can’t seem to get the adjustment correct. Ended up with a bloody soe on the nose. They sell you a pair of glasses, you are no longer a priority. New business always comes first.
