The exterior of this place appears a bit uninviting; however, once inside one feels quite «at home». The staff is friendly and outgoing. The food is very good. The value is good. Speaking as a Texas brisket snob, this is one of a handful of places outside of Texas where I thoroughly enjoy the brisket.

I had the BBQ Big Tex sandwich, fries and drink lunch special. It was nothing special. The price is good, but the portions are small. The BBQ is pretty tasty, but the portion is small.
