My seafood ramen was fresh and it plenty of seafood and noodles but there just wasn’t any love in the food. The broth was only okay and as we all know… It’s all about the broth and noodles. The noodles were homemade and al dente but the thin broth brought nothing special to the dish. Also… Communication…
If u have ever had real Chinese Hand pulled noodle, you will understand why I give this place a very bad review. However, if u never had hand pulled noodle, just want eat a noodle soup, this could be an option.
