20 minutes for phở? Only 7 people total in the place. I know there is a sign on the outside asking for servers but this is ridiculous. After waiting for 20 minutes my phở came with a special surprise. A half melted piece of plastic. Lovely. Apparently the owners don’t like to run the A/C. 6 out of the patrons…
