The best thing Publix has done is the on-line order for your deli. This was the longest wait time in the store and I am ecstatic to see they have created a solution! The only current issue is their on-line digital coupon system is awkward and not intuitive.

Pharmacy drive thru was very fast. Only complaint is the tech at the window looked and acted as if she hated being there. She is the only employee i saw that day and her customer service skills lacked extremely. Doesn’t show well. Just a smile can go a long way.
