So much for the Aloha Spirit. I am a doctoral student who lives on the mainland and visiting family here in Kaneohe. Wanted to do some studying while here — library says no, can’t use wifi, not without library card — which of course you can only get if you are a resident. Talk about territorial. Two thumbs down…
