Super 8 Carroll East

Aged hotel, but clean. Has mini fridge and microwave in rooms. Quiet. The room across the hall was loud, but I couldn’t hear them from my room! Didn’t even realize they were being loud until I went down the hall for ice. Small, but adequate. Best part — bed and pillows are FANTASTIC! I slept like a baby!

Rude front desk girl, no clock in room, security lock broken off on door, no do not disturb sign… for $ 100 a night? I don’t think so… Rural Iowa or not, I’m not staying here again. Desk didn’t mention breakfast, wifi or fitness center. Rude young girl needs to learn some manners…

Room smells and the bed had hairs on the sheets. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t suggest ever staying here.
