DO NOT GO TO STARBUCKS. I sat and watched the barista make drinks and there was no care takin as she steamed milk, pulled shots, and made a frappé… As a coffee consumer I was greatly disappointed.

Well I went to try this Dunkin Donuts for the first time tonight and instead I encountered the employee arguing with her boyfriend out the window hollering obscenities so I decided to leave better luck next time I guess should probably up the standards on your employee hiring process.
