Bubble tea is decent, I keep going back only because it’s the only bubble place in the area. The best part of bubble tea is the tapioca pearls and sadly the pearls are always too soft. Typically they should have a nice chewiness to them but I have never had good bubbles here. I keep thinking to myself… maybe…
