Hmm. I was disappointed with Felix & Oscar’s deep dish pizzas. The dough was just too dense and lacking in flavor, as was the sauce. While pizza is usually good «even if it’s not that good», deep dish pizza is a whole different animal and Felix & Oscar’s needs to step it up on flavor to make this work…
