The Venue - Formerly Eronel

The ultimate dive bar. Nothing fancy at all but beers are 2 bucks and I don’t think mixers are much more. When you come in here it’s the same people all the time. Everybody is friendly but it’s definitely a neighbor hood hangout. They don’t serve any food so eat before you go.

I have to agree with Jared R on this one, the Busted Lift is like a rocky underground dungeon (in a good way). They have a nice selection of beer and wine, and the prices are reasonable. As small as Dubuque is, it stills has its trendy indie-rock hipsters, and they tend to infiltrate this place on weekends…
