A great place for a thorough eye exam. I recommend Dr. Capper, especially if you are in need of contacts. The other staff/receptionists are also professional and polite. They can be busy, so make sure you make your appointment in advance.
Staff very unprofessional. Ladies at the front desk mock the patients to their faces. The doctor is a creepy and very condescending jerk. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Cheap service.
