I really dislike Chitty, they show up in my rural neighborhood every week before 7am. It wakes up the neighborhood dogs and they start barking and then my entire family is awake. Disturbing the peace, does it not apply to garbage trucks! They are so loud! No other service arrives that early in our neighborhood.
