Took my computer in there to have the hard drives backed up on a Friday, was told by the employee it would be done first thing Tuesday morning. I went in at noon on Tuesday, only to be told by the other employee (the guy I talked to previously was out on a call)…that they hadn’t even STARTED on my computer yet……
