I popped into this gym looking for free weights and a step mill. It had those things and more. The equipment was well maintained, clean, and the staff was friendly. I was happy to see a room with kettle bells, bosu balls, and real pull up bars. Only four stars because there was only one step mill.

IAC is pretty much worthless when it comes to customer service. My advice: Know what you’re getting yourself into if you sign up for a membership with these bozos.

Good luck trying to cancel your membership if you ever need to. They send you in circles and then confirm it’s been cancelled but keep charging you. I went in to try to use it since I was charged again and was told my membership is inactive. Now I’m being charged for a membership I can’t use.

Forgery and theft, not a good place to workout! Will steal your money and tell you that your on a contract when your not, and when you signed a month to month contract… they’ll forge your signature on a different contract saying its a 1 year contract… Sneaky and illegal… BBB will be getting a call :)
