The time is Saturday. It is 12:30 PM. There are only two cashiers working, yet four lanes available. The lines are nine people deep. This is a horribly managed dollar tree. Management should foresee that you need more than two cashiers on a Saturday. You are better off going to the Crystal Lake location. Get it…

NEVER NEVER NEVER will I go to Ross again! I bought a pair of guess sandals for 12.99, 3 days later they broke, I tried to return them, they were soon rude, saying I can’t return because they were worn… Ummm… So they don’t stand behind their product. I even called the district manager TWICE… Without him…
