Staff is extremely rude, but worst of all is the manager/owner. Don’t even bother with him if you are not satisfied. I’ve went elsewhere since my last visit and am very happy that I made the switch.

Unprofessional, unfriendly, and very unhelpful staff who were women. Waited over a half hour without acknowledgment, only to find out the staff couldn’t repair the stems to my glasses that fell off because of being bent but somehow were offering to fix/adjust another customer’s eye wear with ease? My biggest problem with both location is the staff here, customer service doesn’t seem to matter. There is a holy lot of attitude.I tried to give them a second chance and it was the same old thing.
