Bad service today. Paid a month ago for my 11 year old to get a babysitting certificate. Confirmed yesterday with them, drove an hour, and the place was closed. Waited 45 minutes. Nothing. Another parent became inpatient enough to call and it was cancelled… not even an email to cancel. No nice Red Cross. Sad…
