Great place. The orders are always correct, even when we order through the drive-thru. Staff is great, it seems like people stick around for a while which is nice. Certainly not as hectic and loud as the coffee shops in the city.
This DD is connected to a gas station. The employees at this location are great. They know what they are doing and very helpful if for some reason you are not happy about something. The coffee is perfect every time I visit and the donuts are always fresh! I’m happy so this location was opened up for this area…
Get the old Indian lady in the drive thru out of the building. she can’t get the order right I am forced to go to both Bartlett locations because Saint Charles don’t have a dunkin donuts. At least 3 times they put dark roast coffee in my ice coffee. Take this garbage off the menu Unilocal removed my last review…
