Horribly small inventory. Never have the phone I want. They always have to order it. Also, make sure you know what you want when you go in because they try so damn hard every time to talk you into something else or tack on extra junk

Verizon has the best coverage but the service in the store is just ridiculously bad. When you come in they take your name and you wait. And wait. And wait. 2 salespeople helped others while the manager stood around texting and the greeter waited to login in new people.Been here for 20 minutes and still waiting
