Stopped by Hip Cat today. Well, tried to. Was there at 12 Noon on a Tuesday, no one home. Waited til 12:15. No luck. Seems like Noon isn’t too early to be open, especially when you’re not open Monday. Bummer because there were some cool pieces of lighting in the window.
