Service was great, employees were super nice and food was good. However after using my debit card there I got a call from my bank saying my card had been compromised and that they had scammed my card. Pretty disappointing because I love Potbelly’s.
Worst place ever called ahead of time for my food because I only have a 30 minute lunch break called ahead of time and was only one block away. 20 minutes into my lunch break nothing and I called the person who took my order didn’t seem to care at all worst customer service ever
