Horrible. I purchased a $ 13,000 home theater system from them 3 years ago. They have been back 7 times to «repair it,» by which they mean correct their initial mistake. Everytime they come out, I am charged an hourly service fee and a $ 175 charge just to come out. They are at best incompetent and at worst…
