I think the 21 day free pass is very generous and it’s one of the reasons I joined. It does drive me crazy that they never have any towels – it’s always, «they’re in the wash.» So buy more already, there are obviously not enough! And it drove me crazy that they have a sign that says «One towel only, please.» OY…
