The customer service has been less than helpful. Not to mention that for the monthly $ 39 that I am getting charged the least they could do is offer me a towel. In order to downgrade to the $ 9.95 they want me to pay $ 99. This place is horrible.Not to mention that when you first sign up they don’t even bother…
