Worst customer service I have ever seen. No one knows anything about the schedule, equipment, etc. Called the 800 number to get some answers, they are just as bad.
If I give less stars I would. I tried canceling my membership multiple times and couldn’t get in touch with anybody. After multiple emails and messages, I finally talked to the owner and cancelled the membership after multiple tries. I just received a collection letter for $ 250. He didn’t honor his word. The…
