I am addicted to the macadamia nut clusters and Rocky Mountain is the only place that I’ve found that has them. Unfortunately, this location is closed. I went to the mall in July and its gone.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

This is a nice ice cream place, but could be a really nice place. I think the problem is that they let the individual table servers each make their own ice cream desserts, so consistency is a problem. Today with our ice cream maestro: we had a root beer float — nicely done but an easy task … a chocolate sundae…
