Steaks, potatoes, salads were awesome as always. One of the best sirloins around, 30 minute wait, pretty normal. Great service as always. Only complaint tonight was the ribs were charred. I’ve heard several complaints about the ribs in the last 6 months or so. May want to reassess the cooking procedure on them.
