Moises, the «leader on duty» in Wheaton is the worst. Yeah, that’s what I get for shopping in Maryland. I know.Target corporate is the second-worst for letting this arrogant toolbag get away with his sad excuse for customer service. My interaction with him lost Target a customer for life.
