Good product, mediocre service, high price, and they don’t take credit cards. When you want to shop local and have to pay a 30 or 40% premium to do it, not accepting credit cards just really twists the knife.
Horrible.horrible.horrible…they ruined my cake cutter and are not willing to pay for it. What kind of business ruins clients objects and doesn’t reimburse them… They claim that my wife is at fault because she accepted the engraving at the sight with very very poor lighting. If you are reading this stay away…
