Friendly staff, if you actually need to talk to them since 90% of the service can be done at the ATM. That being said, they need another drive-up ATM since they have only 1. Every single time I go to use the ATM, I always have at least 5 cars ahead of me waiting

This bank seriously has some weird guidelines. To deposit cash they need state ID but to deposit checks no questions asked. Their drive thru is a joke. Applied for a home loan. Explained to loan officer my situation in getting a loan. I was told there should be no problems pending a credit check which turned out to be about 780. After they cash my check of $ 104.00 they turned me down. I guess they just wanted by money!
