Ordered towing at 10:30am, called back at 11:15am they said theyre 15mins away. 2hrs later, still 15mins away. Dispatcher called and pretended to be driver to buy some time saying he was in traffic, when there was actually no traffic at the location he said he was at… Definitely do not use if youre in a hurry…
