I contacted them to clear a vent on the outside of my house. The tech says he has to check my inside dryer connection. Then proceeds to tell me I need to replace my venting snd my washing machine hoses with steel hoses at a cost of $ 400. So I request the charge to clear the birds nest just inside the outside…
